30 Day Water Challenge

For the Next 30 Days Drink Water! Follow this pattern: Drink 8 oz. of water after waking up, 30 minutes before breakfast, 1 hour after breakfast, 30 minutes before lunch, 1 hour after lunch, with your afternoon snack, 30 minutes before dinner and just before bed. Reduce/avoid coffee, tea, soda or artificial sweeteners. Benefits of drinking more water: more energy, healthy skin and weight loss. This a SOAR Ministry event.
