Sit and Get Fit is a fitness program specifically designed for the active, older adult. The program includes balance, endurance, step aerobics, strength, and core training. The goals of the program are to improve the quality of life for the participants and to help age successfully while having fun. Participants are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items or cash contributions for our ministry with Williford Elementary School.
